We showcase dishes that celebrate what Baja is known for: fresh fish, slow-simmered meats, colorful, vibrantly flavored salsas, and satisfyingly simple sauces. In fact, we make everything on the menu fresh every day, from scratch, including more than 12 different salsas and sauces, using the finest ingredients we can source. Our cooks take pride in giving you the freshest, most original and most authentic Mexican food anywhere outside Mexico.

Our menu features Baja classics like Ensenada Beer-Battered Fish Tacos, Carne Asada Street Tacos (made with prime Meyer beef) and Cocktel de Mariscos, alongside innovative creations like our famous Taco Vampiro, or local Fish Pibil ‘Zarandeado’ style, or Wood-Grilled Kobe Skirt Steak and Chipotle Chicken. Enjoy Panuchos – little empanadas stuffed with locally made Mexican cheeses and zucchini flowers, topped with Borrracho Black Beans, or a savory Warm Goat Cheese with Piloncillo-Chipotle Syrup, roasted salted peanuts and cilantro. Our menu changes several times a year.

Much of our menu is low-fat and healthy; many items can be made vegetarian and vegan-friendly, and most are 100% gluten-free. We are committed to using only sustainable fish, bought locally whenever possible. Our beef and pork are humanely raised and sourced. The fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs in our salsas are often local, and we use organic products whenever possible.
