Whether you are planning a corporate dinner, a luncheon, or an intimate cocktail reception , SOL can deliver an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. We offer several private dining options including our downstairs room or patio overlooking the Balboa Marina.
Our flexible menus will provide you with options depending on the affair. For a more relaxed setting that allows your guests to indulge as they mingle, please take a look at our “tray passed appetizer” menu. Our lunch and dinner menus are perfect for a sit down experience with several courses that give guests a variety of options. Those looking to plan a more adventurous evening should consider letting Chef Deb take all of the guesswork out of it for you by looking at our “tasting” menus. These unique menus offer 5 or more courses, served in smaller portions, and will provide a meal guests will not forget. And for the most spirited, Sol is proud to host customized private tequila tastings with over 60 tequilas from our bar to consider.
All private events have the option of a private bar with dedicated bartender. And we can customize your guests beverage options to be as simple or as varied as your event requires. Our maximum capacity for sit down dinners is 35 guests and for tray passed mixers we can accommodate up to 50 guests
