If there’s one thing that can distract us from a killer wine list that’s a killer cocktail list. (Or a killer beer list, or, well, anything, we get distracted easily.) Sol Cocina in Scottsdale Quarter has got all these things, but there’s four holiday-ish cocktails that will have us foregoing wine pairings all winter long. They’ve put a cold-weather spin on a few Mexican favorites. Take a look:

Made with Don Julio Blanco, agave nectar, fresh lime juice, roasted pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
House-made horchata with black tea-infused Don Julio Reposado and 1921 Crema Tequila.
MANGO CON CHILE FROZEN MARGARITA
A frozen margarita with mango puree in a chile-salted glass and garnished with dried mango in chile salt.
Warm English breakfast tea, Grand Marnier, and 1921 Crema Tequila. Hot damn.
